About the role#
Pace Connect is a student-run business that supports the university admissions process. As a Student Assistant, you will work as part of a team to connect with prospective students. You will handle sensitive data and help manage daily operations within the call center.
What you'll do#
- Call admitted students who have expressed interest in business programs.
- Conduct research tasks as assigned by the center.
- Act as a manager for the student-run business if selected for the role.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Participate in training provided by student managers and the Admissions department.
What you'll need#
- Undergraduate status on the NYC campus.
- A major or minor in a business discipline.
- Strong phone and data skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Customer service and organizational skills.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Typical hours: Associates work two shifts per week, up to 20 hours while school is in session and up to 35 hours during breaks.
