The Material Planning Intern will support the project lifecycle by identifying, analyzing, and documenting requirements. You will work alongside the project team to ensure tasks remain within scope, schedule, and budget, serving as a liaison between technical and functional teams. This position is a paid, full-time internship for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with projects spanning Engine Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Material Procurement, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
- Create, manage, and distribute project-related reports.
- Maintain project assets, communications, and associated data.
- Evaluate, update, and monitor overall project progress.
- Notify stakeholders of project status and any deviations in a timely manner.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a BS, BA, or MS program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completion of at least the sophomore year of a Bachelor’s degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working within a team environment or on structured projects.
