About the role#
Osborn Consulting is hiring for a Civil Engineering Summer Internship in Spokane for 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will gain exposure to water resources, natural resources, transportation drainage, and civil tech while working with a dedicated mentor.
What you'll do#
- Work across multiple civil engineering disciplines.
- Learn how consulting firms pursue and win projects with public agencies.
- Conduct field work and site visits with experienced staff.
- Observe how designs translate into constructed sites.
- Develop your resume and learn the basics of business development.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Masters status.
- Currently working toward a degree in civil engineering or a related major.
- Strong communication skills.
- You are well-organized, thorough, and trustworthy.
- A sense of personal responsibility and pride in your work.

- This internship is located in Spokane, Washington.
- The role is on-site and full-time.
- Compensation is $23-$27 per hour.
