About the role#
This internship provides exposure to multiple civil engineering disciplines, including water resources, natural resources, transportation drainage, and civil tech. You will work alongside a dedicated team to support your professional development and gain insight into how consulting firms secure work with public agencies.
What you'll do#
- Work hands-on within various engineering teams.
- Conduct field work and participate in site visits to see how designs become constructed projects.
- Learn the basics of business development in the consulting industry.
- Receive guidance on building your resume and establishing professional relationships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Masters student.
- Pursuing a degree in civil engineering or a related major.
- Strong communication skills.
- A sense of personal responsibility and pride in your work.
- A well-organized, thorough, and trustworthy approach to tasks.

- Location: Bellevue, Washington.
- Work Modality: On-site at our Bellevue headquarters.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship at $23-$27 per hour.
