Emerging Talent Communications Internship – Integrated Marketing

About the role#

Orchestra is seeking motivated individuals for the Fall 2026 Emerging Talent Communications Internship within the Integrated Marketing practice. This program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience in strategic communications, media engagement, and brand storytelling. Interns will work alongside communications professionals to support multi-channel campaigns that blend media relations, social media, content creation, and influencer engagement.

What you'll do#

• Conduct research and monitor industry, market, and media trends.
• Draft content, reports, presentations, and communications materials.
• Support client and internal projects from planning through execution.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, client calls, and events.
• Collaborate across teams on integrated initiatives.
• Gain exposure to integrated communications in an agency environment.

What you'll need#

• A bachelor's degree or graduation prior to the internship start date.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in the Integrated Marketing practice area.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• A strong interest in communications, marketing, and storytelling.
• Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business Administration.

• Locations: New York, NY or Washington, DC.
• Term: August 25 – December 18, 2026.
• Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
• Compensation: Paid at $18 per hour.
