Emerging Talent Communications Internship – Consumer, Sports & Technology

About the role#

Orchestra is seeking motivated individuals for the Fall 2026 Emerging Talent Communications Internship within the Consumer, Sports & Technology practice area. This program provides hands-on experience in strategic communications, media engagement, and brand storytelling. Interns will support a diverse portfolio of clients across consumer brands, fashion, beauty, wellness, sports, gaming, and technology. This is a paid, full-time position designed for recent graduates.

What you'll do#

• Conduct research and monitor industry, market, and media trends.
• Draft content, reports, presentations, and communications materials.
• Support client and internal projects from initial planning through final execution.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, client calls, and industry events.
• Collaborate across teams on integrated initiatives to elevate brand storytelling and support product launches.

What you'll need#

• A bachelor’s degree (or graduation prior to the internship start date).
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in the consumer, sports, or technology practice area.
• Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, Political Science, or Business Administration.

• Term: August 25 – December 18, 2026.
• Locations: New York, NY or Washington, DC.
• Modality: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
• Compensation: $18/hour.
