    About the role#

    The Nashville Software School Pathways Internship Program is a 3-month, paid work-study opportunity designed for graduates of the Nashville Software School Software Developer Bootcamp. This program combines hands-on professional experience with a structured learning and training component. The role is temporary with a set end date and serves as a potential pathway to a full-time, IC1-level software development position.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to software development projects, working at the competency level of an entry-level developer.
    • Participate in a blend of on-the-job training and assigned technical tasks.
    • Engage with the broader team to build professional software development skills.

    What you'll need#

    • Graduation from the Nashville Software School Software Developer Bootcamp (alumni or those graduating by January 2026).
    • Ability to work on-site at the Nashville, TN hub.
    • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    • Location: Nashville, TN (On-site).
    • Term: Winter 2026 (February 24, 2026 – May 22, 2026).
    • Employment Type: Full-time, temporary internship.
