About the role#
The Nashville Software School Pathways Internship Program is a 3-month, paid work-study opportunity designed for graduates of the Nashville Software School Software Developer Bootcamp. This program combines hands-on professional experience with a structured learning and training component. The role is temporary with a set end date and serves as a potential pathway to a full-time, IC1-level software development position.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to software development projects, working at the competency level of an entry-level developer.
- Participate in a blend of on-the-job training and assigned technical tasks.
- Engage with the broader team to build professional software development skills.
What you'll need#
- Graduation from the Nashville Software School Software Developer Bootcamp (alumni or those graduating by January 2026).
- Ability to work on-site at the Nashville, TN hub.
- Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
