About the role#
Oxford Properties Group is seeking a Summer Analyst intern to join its Asset Management Team in the New York office for the summer of 2027. This role supports the management and value enhancement of a commercial real estate portfolio across major U.S. markets. Interns work with internal teams including leasing, development, operations, construction, legal, tax, and investment to maximize asset returns.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and execution of asset strategies to maximize portfolio performance and value.
- Conduct financial analyses, including cash flow projections, valuation models, lease calculations, and budget analyses.
- Perform market and property-level due diligence by analyzing property financials, rent rolls, and third-party reports.
- Support disposition processes by assembling data rooms and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for investment committee reviews and strategic planning initiatives.
- Support senior team members by analyzing new lease proposals and monitoring asset performance.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status in an undergraduate degree program during the summer of 2026.
- Preferred majors include Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ARGUS is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.

- Compensation: $29.00 to $43.00 per hour.
