About the role#
This paid, full-time summer internship provides an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge within a professional financial services environment. The program lasts 10 weeks, running from mid-June through mid-August. You will work approximately 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members to meet business objectives and priorities.
- Work with an assigned mentor for guidance.
- Engage with executive leaders.
- Partner with peers on a group project.
- Participate in a community service project.
- Take part in various personal and professional development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in a field related to your interest area, such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated academic excellence and a strong interest in the banking industry.
- Experience as a self-starter through involvement in extra-curricular, community, or university organizations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Motivation to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly while handling challenges with professionalism.

- This is an on-site role available in Evansville, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; St Louis Park, MN; and Chicago, IL.
