About the role#
We are looking for an IT Intern to join our team for a part-time, remote position. This role is for a 3rd or 4th year university student or a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in IT operations. You will assist our team with internal support tickets, employee onboarding, and day-to-day technical tasks to help maintain efficient operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage and resolve internal IT support tickets.
- Prepare devices, accounts, and system access for new and departing employees.
- Provide daily technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Set up and maintain laptops, user accounts, and workplace tools.
- Document IT processes and update internal knowledge bases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year program or recent graduation in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT support, operating systems, and workplace tools.
- Familiarity with Windows and MacOS environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, part-time, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
