IT Internship

About the role#

Oguz Law is seeking a detail-oriented IT Intern for a part-time, remote position. This role is designed for 3rd or 4th-year university students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in IT operations. You will work closely with the IT team to maintain internal systems, manage support requests, and ensure technical efficiency across the organization.

What you'll do#

• Manage and resolve internal IT support tickets.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and system access.
• Provide daily technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of laptops, user accounts, and workplace tools.
• Document IT processes and maintain internal knowledge bases to support team efficiency.

What you'll need#

• Currently studying in your 3rd or 4th year or recently graduated in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT support, operating systems, and common workplace tools.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
