About the role#
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment process and contributing to HR initiatives. You will work on projects that improve hiring processes, strengthen employer branding, and support the development of talent programs. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Post job ads across various platforms.
- Screen CVs and assist in the selection process.
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates to build future hiring pipelines.
- Participate in initial candidate interviews to learn how to assess fit for the role and company.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Support the team with recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
- Contribute to projects including employee referral programs, campus recruitment, interviewer training, and employer branding.
- Research and share ideas to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Active listening, collaboration, and adaptability.
- High attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and software like Indeed, LinkedIn, or Workable is an asset.
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is considered a strong asset.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 11th to April 30th).
