About the role#
This is a talent pipeline for the Summer 2027 internship program. Northmarq offers opportunities across Investment Sales, Production Debt and Equity, Agency, and Fund Management. This is a paid, full-time, on-site program for current undergraduate or graduate students interested in commercial real estate. Please specify your preferred department and location when applying.
What you'll do#
- Analyze physical and financial aspects of commercial real estate assets.
- Conduct pro forma analysis for various property types and valuations.
- Screen new transactions and assist with the due diligence process.
- Monitor and manage ongoing real estate portfolio risks.
- Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the loan lifespan.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Strong critical analysis skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to work effectively in a client-focused team environment.

- Locations: Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Newport Beach, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.
