About the role#
NetSPI is seeking a PeopleOps Intern for the Summer 2026 program. This full-time, paid internship provides hands-on experience in human resources and recruiting within the computer and network security industry. You will work directly from our headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Assist with People Operations projects, including the performance review cycle and auditing employee job records in our HRIS (UKG).
- Support the People Operations Coordinator and recruiting team with the candidate and full life cycle employee experience.
- Shadow the recruiting team to learn the hiring process and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Aid the recruiting team with drafting job descriptions, screening applicants, and candidate sourcing.
- Provide general HR support, including audit preparation and additional project work as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Human Resources or related undergraduate program, with junior or senior status preferred.
- Ability to work on-site at our Minneapolis headquarters for the duration of the internship.
- Strong interest in supporting People Operations projects and maintaining accurate employee records.
