Marketing Operations Intern

About the role#

NetSPI is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern for the Summer 2026 program. This position offers the opportunity to integrate artificial intelligence into marketing workflows, helping to automate processes and generate actionable data insights within the cybersecurity industry.

What you'll do#

• Design and build AI-driven solutions to automate and scale growth marketing workflows, aimed at reducing manual effort and accelerating campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify operational pain points, scope AI-powered solutions, and create automations that eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop AI-driven dashboards, reports, and performance insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Gain hands-on experience utilizing various marketing technology and AI tools.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program for Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (junior or senior status preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine curiosity for agentic AI and an enthusiasm for exploring how emerging technologies can transform marketing.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Zapier, or digital ad platforms is a plus, though a willingness to learn is the primary requirement.

Location & details#

• Location: On-site at NetSPI headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June 8th – August 14th).
• Commitment: Full-time (30-40 hours per week).
• Compensation: $20 per hour.
• Note: Candidates must be based in the Twin Cities area and able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
