About the role#
Netic is hiring interns for the Agent Platform team to build features that allow AI agents to test, improve, and deploy themselves. You will work on the orchestration layer, execution harnesses, and the Agent Manager system. This role involves solving problems in applied AI with the guidance of a dedicated mentor. We are looking for engineers available for 12-week internships starting between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Build the orchestration layer to route, sequence, and supervise multi-agent workflows in real time.
- Extend agent harnesses by creating the tooling, sandboxes, and evaluation loops agents use to validate outputs.
- Contribute to the Agent Manager system, including guardrails, rollback paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Design, code, and ship full-stack features, from data models and APIs to front-end tooling.
- Work with real customer workflows to identify where automation can be trusted and create platform safeguards.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with Python (asyncio, FastAPI) and TypeScript (Node, React).
- Experience or interest in multi-agent systems, LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, or RAG.
- A track record of shipping full projects from start to finish.
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems where established best practices do not yet exist.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics.
