About the role#
The Junior Credit Analyst position is a seasonal contract based in the Vancouver office. This role supports the commercial mortgage team by assisting with risk rating, mortgage pricing, and asset management services for financial institutions and investment managers. The position runs from May 2026 through August 2026.
What you'll do#
- Conduct risk analysis for fixed income products secured by commercial real estate debt.
- Manage the collection and filing of financial documentation required for annual client reviews.
- Maintain industry research and sector databases to ensure the team has current data.
- Provide research and formatting support for industry reports and team presentations.
- Contribute to special projects and team-wide initiatives as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a post-secondary program in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize complex data.
- Proficiency in Excel for building organized spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate results and the logic behind your work clearly.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.

- Compensation: 3,250.00 CAD per month.
