About the role#
NeoSigma is looking for builders to develop AI systems that learn from real-world feedback. You will work across LLMs, agentic workflows, evaluation systems, and production infrastructure. This position involves turning research into reliable products. You will alternate between experimenting with new models and building production features alongside our core team and customers.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement LLM-powered systems and scalable agentic workflows in production.
- Work on open-ended problems in self-improving AI including agentic systems, auto-evals, verifier research, and benchmarks.
- Build data processing pipelines for evaluation datasets and feedback loops.
- Run experiments, iterate, and push ideas from hypothesis to working system.
- Work with customers and the core team to understand workflows and deliver impact.
- Publish findings through technical blogs, research papers, or open artifacts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems in production or research settings.
- Research taste in evaluation design, post-training methods, and model improvement workflows.
- Desire to own problems from the first idea to the shipped artifact.
- Attention to detail regarding research rigor, code quality, and modular design.
- Comfort working directly with a small team.
