Finance Intern - GTM - NBS

About the role#

This Finance Intern position supports New Market initiatives and leadership by delivering analysis, insights, and guidance to inform business decisions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to track performance, monitor Go-to-Market (GTM) metrics, and identify growth opportunities. This role involves building reports, models, and dashboards to support business objectives.

What you'll do#

• Consolidate data from multiple sources to support weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Enhance existing reporting to improve scalability, automation, and usability.
• Analyze GTM performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning processes with data-driven insights.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Document reporting logic and data definitions to improve consistency.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within GTM reporting and analytics.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects as requested.

What you'll need#

• Currently working towards a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Prior internship experience in Accounting or Finance departments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and business models.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and automation is a plus.
