The FACTS Account Manager for the K-12 Student Information System (SIS) serves as the primary point of contact for institutions using FACTS and related financial services. This role focuses on managing client accounts, ensuring business retention, and driving the adoption of NBS products and services. You will work as part of a team to provide support and guidance to educational institutions.
What you'll do#
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat communications from institutions across the country.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institution contacts through consistent availability and proactive outreach.
- Provide direction and training to new and existing contacts regarding NBS products, processes, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams regarding account updates and new leads.
- Report daily activities to your team leader and participate in special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A college degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with customers and team members.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in banking, student loans, or the customer service industry is preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

- Term: Summer 2026 (Start date: August 24, 2026)
- Modality: Remote (Nebraska)
- Compensation: $21.64 per hour
- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
