    • Identify use cases where generative AI, automation, or analytics can provide measurable security or business value.
    • Develop proofs of concept using prompt engineering and approved data tools.
    • Integrate AI outputs into Pega or other workflow solutions to ensure results are structured, traceable, and actionable.
    • Design experiences that allow users to inspect evidence, validate AI outputs, correct inaccuracies, and document decision rationale.

    • Develop test scenarios and evaluation criteria for accuracy, consistency, and usability.
    • Conduct prompt testing, response analysis, and controlled experimentation to improve AI reliability.
    • Implement feedback loops to capture user corrections and improve prompts, models, and workflow rules.
    • Participate in sprint planning, design sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback meetings.
    • Support user acceptance testing and document findings, risks, and recommended improvements.
    • Present findings, prototype results, and lessons learned to technical and business audiences.
    • Adhere to cybersecurity, data protection, and responsible AI requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI concepts.
    • Programming or scripting experience using Python or a comparable language.
    • Experience working with data through coursework, research, or personal projects.
    • Understanding of common data structures and the ability to work with structured or unstructured information.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break ambiguous problems into testable components.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through documentation and presentations.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an iterative environment.
    • Interest in applying AI and automation to cybersecurity, fraud, risk, or compliance problems.
    • Commitment to responsible technology use, including appropriate handling of sensitive information and human oversight in decision-making.
