About the role#
The Lending Automation Technology & Solutions (LATS) team provides development, project, and system support for applications used by all Lending Business Units. As a Summer Associate, you will contribute to process automation delivery tasks ranging from initial analysis to application development and support. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship program running from May 2027 through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, and service-specific practices.
- Use elicitation techniques to gather requirements that meet stakeholder needs.
- Define and document technical designs for workflows, data, logical processes, and system interfaces.
- Develop test plans, criteria, and scenarios to ensure the acceptance of delivered solutions.
- Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing, including executing test cases and documenting results.
- Collaborate with partners to support the development and delivery of solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- An anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A strong foundation in computer science with practical programming skills.
- Knowledge of C#, Visual Studio, and web technologies.
- Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in either Pensacola, Florida, or Vienna, Virginia.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
