About the role#
This 12-week internship program places you within the Strategic Sourcing team. You will support the organization in making strategic decisions regarding the purchase of goods and services. The program offers exposure to procurement, project management, and vendor operations while working alongside experienced staff.
What you'll do#
- Manage sourcing events from the initial planning stages through to final vendor selection.
- Partner with business units to collect data and assist with RFx processes.
- Review spending and performance data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Gain practical knowledge from experts in sourcing, procurement, and project management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering (with a focus on business or supply chain).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Location: Vienna, Virginia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
