About the role#
The Learning & Organization Development team focuses on executive leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational performance. We are seeking two interns to join this enterprise-wide strategic learning division. One intern will focus primarily on program management, while the other will concentrate on organizational development. This is a year-round, full-time internship designed to provide hands-on experience in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
What you'll do#
- Support division-wide initiatives by contributing to both small projects and larger organizational efforts.
- Collaborate with facilitators to provide learner cohort support and assist with logistics.
- Propose creative process improvements to enhance organizational systems and increase effectiveness for enterprise-wide audiences.
- Coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Leverage internal technologies and systems to support daily division functions.
- Assist employees across various levels of the organization to accomplish shared tasks.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, prioritizing customer service and the employee experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, preferably in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across project coordination, documentation, and team operations.
- Clear written communication skills, including experience creating or updating materials such as job aids, meeting notes, or process documentation.
- Exemplary interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working across teams, responding to feedback, and gathering or analyzing data.
- Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management are preferred.
