Baseball Intern

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in coaching and physical education within the Navarro College baseball program. Interns work directly under the supervision of the Head Baseball Coach to support daily operations and program activities.

What you'll do#

• Assist the Head Baseball Coach with daily operational tasks.
• Support the baseball program during events.
• Participate in team practice and training activities.
• Gain hands-on experience in coaching and physical education.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing experience in physical education or coaching.
• Academic background in Kinesiology, Psychology, or Business Administration is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities under the supervision of the Head Baseball Coach.
• Understanding that this is a voluntary, unpaid internship and that the intern is not an employee of the college.

• Location: Corsicana, Texas.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Note: This is an unpaid, voluntary position. Interns are not eligible for employee or unemployment benefits. At the discretion of the college, meal and housing privileges may be provided to assist with expenses.
