About the role#
The Baseball Intern will gain practical experience in coaching and physical education while supporting the baseball program at Navarro College. This role operates under the direct supervision of the Head Baseball Coach. Please note that this is an unpaid, voluntary position and interns are not considered employees of the college.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Head Baseball Coach with daily operational tasks.
- Participate in team practice sessions and training activities.
- Provide support to the baseball program during scheduled events.
- Adapt to a busy work environment that may require flexible hours.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of experience in physical education, coaching, or a related field such as Kinesiology, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Willingness to work in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to fulfill all assigned responsibilities under the supervision of the Head Baseball Coach.
- Clear understanding of the voluntary and unpaid nature of this internship.
