About the role#
The National Indemnity Company Summer Internship program offers an 11-week experience designed to develop the next generation of insurance professionals. Interns gain exposure to the insurance industry through hands-on work, mentorship, and engagement with business leaders. This is a paid, on-site program running from late May through early August 2027.
What you'll do#
Interns work a 40-hour week, with approximately 30 hours dedicated to an assigned department and 10 hours focused on professional development. You will:
- Contribute to projects that drive real business outcomes.
- Participate in a capstone project.
- Engage in job shadowing across the organization.
- Build business skills through training sessions.
- Attend networking and leadership events.
What you'll need#
