About the role#
Motorola Solutions is hiring a Global Sales Operations Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position sits within the Office of the COO, where you will support process automation and strategic initiatives. You will work directly with executive stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Identify and document business processes that are candidates for AI-driven automation.
- Research AI tools, platforms, and industry standards for automation.
- Test AI models before they move into production.
- Create presentations and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy automation solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
- A graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- A high school diploma.
- Experience using AI for process automation.
- Proficiency in Google Work Suite.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
