About the role#
The Repair Effectiveness team manages service operations for Land Mobile Radio and Video business units. This internship provides exposure to end-to-end repair processes and cross-functional improvement initiatives. You will work directly with technical and operational experts to support high-priority projects that improve the customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in global service operations.
- Learn about operational repair readiness and product lifecycle support.
- Contribute to initiatives that align with current business priorities.
- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A graduation date no later than December 2029.
- Analytical skills and an interest in understanding complex global operations.
- Ability to ask questions and solve unstructured problems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic.
