About the role#
The Trial Associate Program (TAP) is designed to train aspiring trial lawyers by providing resources and hands-on experience. This program offers a trajectory for professional development and mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, with the potential for full-time employment offers based on individual performance.
What you'll do#
- Learn from trial attorneys in a team environment.
- Receive mentorship on best practices for client service and trial preparation.
- Engage in professional networking and participate in learning and development courses.
- Participate in weekly litigation training covering topics such as depositions, motion practice, expert discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Attend a jury trial during the summer.
- Access office hours with senior trial counsel.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled at a top law school with an anticipated graduation year of 2028.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated interest in trial advocacy is preferred.
