About the role#
The Opportunity Program Office is hiring a Work Study Office Assistant. This position provides administrative support for office operations and student services on campus.
What you'll do#
- Greet students and visitors and help with check-in procedures.
- Manage front-desk tasks and general office organization.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Support EOP workshops, orientations, and student engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records as required by FERPA.
- Perform other tasks to support EOP programming.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current MVCC student with work study funds available.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dependable, organized, and professional approach to your work.
- Please bring a copy of your current class schedule to your interview.
