About the role#
The Career Development Center is looking for a Student Assistant to support office operations. This role focuses on helping students, employers, and faculty with their inquiries and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors in person.
- Assemble folders and prepare materials for mailings.
- Complete web forms and other computer-based tasks.
- Help set up and host various department events.
- Learn about office services to provide accurate information to those who need it.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in Business Administration or Communications programs.
- Ability to provide helpful customer assistance to a diverse group of people.
- Capacity to learn and explain general office services.
- Availability to work during the 12pm to 2pm lunch hour at least one day per week.

- This position is located on-site in the United States.
- The role is paid and part-time.
- Hiring is on a rolling basis.
