About the role#
The Mitel US Sales Internship Program offers students a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in sales, business development, and technology solutions. You will work 20 hours per week in a remote capacity, supporting the Hospitality US Sales Team. This role includes collaborating with other interns on a group project to be presented to executive staff.
What you'll do#
- Support the Hospitality US Sales Team with lead generation, prospecting, and sales initiatives.
- Conduct research to identify channel partners and assist with partner enablement.
- Create and update partner resources while tracking performance metrics.
- Use CRM tools like Salesforce to assist with pipeline and performance management.
- Analyze sales metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and customer outreach materials.
- Help manage logistics for events such as Lunch and Learns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior, senior, or graduate student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least one semester of school remaining after the internship concludes.
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
