About the role#
The MIRA Safety Affiliate Marketing Internship is a 16-week program for students and recent graduates. You will gain exposure to digital marketing, partnerships, and e-commerce growth. This role involves a 20-hour weekly commitment with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic needs. You will participate in structured training and receive mentorship from the marketing team.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners.
- Support outreach using structured templates.
- Monitor affiliate platforms and track partner activity.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries and interpret affiliate data.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Conduct competitor research and share insights.
- Update affiliate-facing marketing materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team.
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts.
- Draft captions, research hashtags, and support community engagement.
- Track social media performance metrics and organize media assets.
- Complete at least one major project and submit an internship completion report.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent graduation in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude and organizational skills.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and social platforms.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube is preferred.
- Basic skills in Google Sheets or Excel are preferred.
- Strong written communication and an interest in marketing analytics are preferred.
