About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Peosta, Iowa. You will work on-site in an industrial plant environment to support quality standards and manufacturing processes.
What you'll do#
- Ensure all products meet quality planning models and manufacturing standards.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks related to product compliance and quality performance.
- Manage nonconformities, customer complaints, and nonstandard operational situations.
- Identify and resolve the root causes of production anomalies.
- Mentor and train operators to improve their quality-related job competencies.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university.
- A major in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, or Computer Science.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to work on-site in an industrial plant setting.
- Authorization to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, as this position does not offer immigration sponsorship.
