About the role#
This internship position is within the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team at our Greenville, South Carolina headquarters. You will work to integrate inclusion into everyday business operations, leadership practices, talent processes, and team experiences.
What you'll do#
You will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to identify, document, and analyze examples of inclusion in action. Your goal is to translate these insights into practical tools and resources that help leaders understand how inclusion enhances decision-making, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. You will research and document examples of:
- Building collaborative team environments
- Enhancing employee participation
- Improving communication
- Supporting employee development
- Increasing team effectiveness
- Strengthening onboarding experiences
- Expanding access to growth opportunities
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment at an accredited four-year college or university
- A major in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Communications
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional partners
