About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in banking and asset management. You will work directly with a team on real projects that contribute to our daily operations. You will be paired with both a manager and a mentor to guide your work and professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Perform policy reviews and assist with onboarding new loans.
- Correspond with agents regarding non-compliant insurance coverage and disbursements.
- Review risk rating reports.
- Participate in a property inspection.
- Plan and organize a volunteer day for the Minnesota office.
- Deliver a final presentation of your project results and business recommendations to department leadership.
- Attend weekly development days, which include mock interviews, resume reviews, and professional training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least your sophomore year of college.
- A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- College graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
