About the role#
The McAdams Internship Program offers students the chance to work with professionals across our core service areas. You will gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from early conceptual design through final deliverables. This role involves contributing to work that supports our clients and communities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate on active projects by working alongside team members to support real deliverables.
- Engage in creative problem-solving during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
- Build technical exposure by using industry tools and workflows.
- Learn through mentorship by shadowing team leaders to understand project planning, design, and execution.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program, such as Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or Urban Planning.
- Strong communication and organization skills to manage tasks and support your team.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working within a team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity and initiative to learn and grow.
