About the role#
The Student Analyst rotational program offers experience across several teams at our hedge fund. You will work on projects involving data engineering, risk management, execution trading, and market research. This role includes opportunities to learn about trading and financial markets through daily work and informal social events. Full-time employment may be available after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to build scalable processes for extracting and cleaning datasets.
- Assist the Risk team in developing tools to visualize risk metrics.
- Create tools with the Execution Trading team to improve trading efficiency and reduce costs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis with the Research team to identify relationships and opportunities within global markets.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have recently finished a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree with top grades.
- You have a strong programming background with experience in Python or C++.
- You possess strong analytic and strategic thinking skills.
- You can present recommendations clearly at an executive level.
- Familiarity with the mechanics of securities markets and exchanges is helpful, though not required.

- Term: Rolling.
- Compensation: 1,964€ per month for 20 hours per week (14 payments per year).
