About the role#
As a Summer Associate Consultant, you will join an active project team to help global enterprises address strategic business issues. You will gain direct exposure to clients and senior staff while learning how consultants drive growth and profitability. This role involves working both independently and in teams to develop business strategies. Successful completion of the internship may lead to an offer for full-time employment upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Gather relevant data and information to address specific client issues.
- Analyze and visualize data to create meaningful insights and conclusions.
- Synthesize analyses to develop actionable plans for clients.
- Present and explain research, findings, and recommendations to teammates and clients.
- Collaborate with diverse groups of clients and co-workers in a team-based environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a BS or MS program at a leading university, with graduation expected within one year.
- Previous meaningful internship or extracurricular experience.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills, with a preference for degrees in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or Science.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, R, Tableau, Python, SQL, or Access.
- Excellent research capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
