About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Fayetteville, North Carolina. You will work on-site and participate in a rolling program that focuses on real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
You will manage one key project throughout your time here. You will work hands-on with your team to understand daily business processes, develop improvement concepts, and provide general support to your assigned department. At the end of the program, you will present your findings and project results to the leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Inventor
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Design Service Request (DSR) and internal M+H database and drawing view programs
- Ability to use HyperView
- Experience using measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
