About the role#

The 2027 Corporate Summer Internship Program in Operations is a 10-week, full-time program designed to build professional skills through project work and department initiatives. Interns gain exposure to various departments, hear from industry leaders, and build a professional network. This role serves as a pipeline for future full-time career opportunities at the bank.

What you'll do#

• Perform entry-level professional duties specific to your assigned department.
• Ensure all activities comply with established internal policies and external regulations.
• Uphold the company’s risk and regulatory standards, including identifying and escalating risk-related issues to management.
• Maintain internal control standards and support the timely implementation of audit or regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to an environment that supports belonging and reflects the company brand.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, Human Resources, or Logistics.
