    About the role#

    This full-time internship offers an opportunity to develop expertise in business intelligence within the Travel Retail Americas portfolio. You will support the team by managing sales data and improving analytical processes for various beauty brands.

    What you'll do#

    • Monitor, process, and validate sales data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance to identify trends, patterns, and variances by brand, region, channel, and product.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
    • Coordinate back-office activities between regional offices and IT teams.
    • Develop information systems and tools to improve current processes and support organizational changes.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
    • Proficiency with SharePoint tools and Power BI.
    • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
    • Strong sense of integrity.
    • Current authorization to work in the United States.
