Intern / VIE – People Development & Culture (Career Compass & Talent Ecosystem)

About the role#

The People Development & Culture team at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking an intern to support talent development and organizational culture initiatives within the North America division. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development & Culture, this role contributes to building a scalable talent ecosystem by advancing career development programs, supporting employee engagement, and facilitating the integration of new technologies.

What you'll do#

• Activate Career Compass initiatives by organizing workshops and Petit Career Compass Café sessions.
• Support NextGen talent engagement through the development and nurturing of community-focused initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and training programs, including HR workshops and Learning Month activities.
• Assist in the rollout and enablement of AI initiatives across the division.
• Manage internal communications and adoption campaigns to increase employee awareness and participation.
• Monitor engagement metrics and program effectiveness to support the broader talent pipeline.

What you'll need#

• A recent degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, evidenced by academic projects or previous experience.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A sincere interest in talent development and organizational culture.
