Intern / VIE – People Development & Culture

About the role#

The People Development & Culture Intern / VIE supports the ongoing talent and culture initiatives for LVMH Beauty in North America. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development & Culture, this role contributes to building a scalable talent ecosystem by fostering employee engagement, coordinating learning programs, and assisting with organizational development projects.

What you'll do#

• Activate Career Compass initiatives by organizing workshops, Petit Career Compass Café sessions, and collecting employee testimonials.
• Support NextGen talent engagement through the development and nurturing of community-focused initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and training programs, including Learning Month activities, HR workshops, and RISE sessions.
• Assist in the rollout and enablement of AI initiatives across the division.
• Coordinate events and initiatives focused on enhancing the overall employee experience.
• Monitor engagement and program effectiveness metrics to support talent pipeline development.

What you'll need#

• A recent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrated through academic projects or prior experience.
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• A sincere interest in talent development and organizational culture, supported by your educational or extracurricular background.
