About the role#
Luana Savings Bank offers internship opportunities for students interested in community banking. We accept inquiries on a rolling basis from motivated high school, college, and graduate students. We value experiences that grow over time and are interested in students who can return for future summers or work during school breaks.
What you'll do#
Interns support our operations and customer service teams. Depending on your interests and our current needs, you may also participate in areas such as finance, accounting, lending, credit, technology, or marketing. You will explore various career paths within the bank to gain real-world experience.
What you'll need#
We look for students with a genuine interest in community banking. When you apply, please include your school schedule, overall availability, and desired number of work hours. Note that some roles require Saturday availability on a rotating basis. Please specify which areas of banking interest you most.
Location & details#
This is a paid, part-time, on-site internship. Opportunities are available at our offices in Luana, Ossian, and New Hampton, Iowa.
