About the role#
This is a part-time, unionized student position at Adil's NoFrills in Brampton. Employees in this role work directly for the independently owned franchise corporation. This role is paid at a rate of $16.60 - $19.45 per hour, as defined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the franchise.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Ensure the store remains clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Psychology.
