About the role#
As a Personal Shopper, you will fulfill e-commerce orders to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers. This is a part-time, unionized position located at Fortinos in Waterdown, Ontario. You will receive training to support your success in this role.
What you'll do#
- Provide customer service by answering questions and maintaining a positive environment.
- Shop for customers by accurately selecting quality products for their orders.
- Scan products and process transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, debit, and gift cards.
- Contact customers to confirm order details or discuss necessary product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Resourcefulness when resolving customer questions.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to move up to 50lbs and remain mobile throughout your shift.
- Enrollment in or interest in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology is welcome, though no previous experience is required.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $17.60 - $19.85 per hour, governed by a collective bargaining agreement.
