About the role#
This is a part-time Personal Shopper position at Fortinos in Vaughan. This role supports the store's e-commerce operations by ensuring customers receive high-quality products and accurate orders. This is a unionized position with a starting pay range of $17.60 to $19.85 per hour.
What you'll do#
- Fulfill customer e-commerce orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Select quality products for customer orders.
- Process customer transactions using various payment methods including cash, debit, credit, and gift cards.
- Assist customers with general questions and maintain a positive, helpful environment.
- Contact customers directly to confirm order accuracy or discuss potential product substitutions.
What you'll need#
- No previous experience is required, as training is provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving up to 50lbs and maintaining constant mobility throughout an entire shift.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remain courteous when resolving customer inquiries.
