About the role#
We are looking for a student worker to join the Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Laboratory. This role supports ongoing projects in drug development and analysis. You will work under supervision to gain hands-on experience in a research setting. This position is open to Lipscomb University students and may be Federal Work Study eligible.
What you'll do#
- Assist with basic laboratory tasks and experiments.
- Prepare chemical solutions and maintain lab equipment.
- Record and organize experimental data.
- Manage lab supply inventory.
- Keep the laboratory space clean and organized.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to follow instructions precisely.
- A willingness to learn and work within a team.
