Senior Product Manager (Student Safety)

About the role#

As a Senior Product Manager for Student Safety, you will drive product initiatives from inception through execution. You will define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch software that helps monitor student well-being and provides alerts for concerning behavior. This role requires a balance of business sophistication and technical fluency to deliver solutions that support safe and engaged learning environments.

What you'll do#

• Manage the entire product life cycle from introduction to growth.
• Set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for safety-focused products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate product vision and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
• Champion AI-forward thinking by evaluating and integrating AI/ML capabilities to deliver smarter tools.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to translate insights into actionable, scalable improvements.

What you'll need#

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or leader in a product capacity.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• A deep interest in education and student safety.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to discuss APIs, integrations, and on-device agents.
• Proven experience working in a deadline-driven atmosphere.

Location & details#

• This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
• Regular onsite attendance at the Austin headquarters is required several days each week.
