About the role#
Lewis & Ellis is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team in Dallas. This is a phone-based role focused on lead generation and appointment setting for our senior consulting professionals. You will work in a structured environment where success relies on consistency and professional communication. This is a paid, performance-driven position that offers compensation of $15-20 per hour plus $50 for every appointment set and realized.
What you'll do#
- Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and frameworks.
- Set appointments for senior consulting staff.
- Engage prospects with confidence and professionalism.
- Track your call activity, outcomes, and follow-up tasks.
- Meet clear daily and weekly performance goals.
- Represent the firm in all interactions.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior status in a Marketing, Business, or related degree program.
- Ability to work 10-15 hours per week.
- A schedule that accommodates your student commitments.
- Interest in sales, consulting, or business development.
- Completion of the Berke Assessment to ensure alignment with the role.
